So, I hit 7k the other day for the first time, so far haven't dropped below 6900, and highest I've been is 7080..:P

7300 is my next goal, but these 300 points are the ones which seperate the Good players from the very good players.

Not updated in a while

My rating is currently around 6500-6800 with maybe a few drops below once in a while.

I can do t-spins, but I don't really do them as often as I like.

Quite fast now to, but my stacking is still not great.


I took a few weeks away from playing properly but now I'm back and playing every night.


May the quest for 7000 continue :P

999 lines Cleared.

I did 999 lines cleared, started on 20G got to level 118 before topping out.



Rating is currently drifting from 5600 - 5900, highest I've been is 5967, so close to 6000, but just not quite there yet.


I actually suprised myself before, I spotted a T-spin double . I think I finally might be getting there. :D

I'm focusing on getting 6000 and increasing my speed right now, I've been told its more inportant than T-spins at the moment :D.

I finally beat level 5. W00t!

I also beat level 20 on marathon, still, I only got a score of 3/4 of a million.

I came up against a guy with a rating of 7500 on a 4p match.

He was amazing. I didn't see him use 1 t-spin though. He just had godlike speed. And he got rid of garbage so fast.

Still, Not yet hit 6000.

Right now I'm focusing on double t-spins. I can't get the hang of them. I guess I will. In time.

I hadn't been online in over a week or two. I got to level 16 in marathon, and can now beat CPU level 4 1/2 the time.

I came online today and went straight into 1 v 1's till I hit around 4500, then 4p and I hit 5250 ish,

Im improving a lot. I also realised that no matter how fast you are, you HAVE to focus on Garbage.

Once I have got two quick tetrises I now start to get rid of the garbage where as before I wasn't getting rid of it very efficiently.

Things are looking good. The games I play are actually pretty close now where as before I was getting beat badly.

I think its time to focus on Double t-spins , singles are easy to spot and use, especially if you get a red or green as your first piece. But I'm having trouble with Doubles. Well I guess I will get them in time.

For now, let the climb to 6000 begin . :D

New to Tetris?

Alright, so, I've always wanted to be good at tetris and I needed a new hobby.

So I went out and bought a DS LITE from gamestation and picked up myself a copy of Tetris DS.

And Bam, I start playing, this was a week ago.

I had just been messing about trying to go faster and studying tetrisconcept. So I thought, I may as well go online, was I ready? Pfft, big mistake.

After losing somewhat 50 times before I won my first game. I decided to hit the VS CPU, at the moment, 5 is impossible for me, and the majority of the time 4 beats me to. I guess I will just have to keep practising.

On thursday I spent a good few hours online. I got myself up to around 65 wins out of 160 battles. Yeh, I know. It's terrible. I hit about the 4200 ratings.

After playing a week, I'm on 78 wins out of around 250 battles and am at the 4000 mark.

Lets look on the brightside. I can pretty much see the day-to-day improvements. And I am getting better.

I've been playing every chance I get, every break I get, everytime I have nothing to do, I take it everywhere with me. Its just a matter of time.

So, let my climb to 5000 begin.
